Easy Way to Prepare Food for Baby

Cook soft rice (add extra water) a pot (use a rice cooker)

Prepare Carrot boiled to soft (an inch)

Prepare boiled chicken meat (as big as thumb)

Take two scoops of rice, carrots and chicken. Blend in hot water and let it warm and ready to fed your child.

Blend longer for smoother texture. Can replace the carrots with spinach or boiled eggs or boiled potatoes and anchovies (discard the bones).


For babies 6 months and above only.


Fed the baby to eat a little bit more every day until baby get used to it. Even if baby don't want to, after awhile baby would eat moreDo not give up if the baby does not want to eat. Don't just let baby drink milk only. 3 times a day is enough.
Be a responsible parents.
